Hank Feiger - Change from the inside-out. This is a small, easy to read book about the basics of change.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People
Stephen Covey - The gold standard in books about change. This book has been around for more than 20 years and is still on the 100 best selling books list.
The Road Less Traveled
Dr. Scott Peck - Dealing with life and ourselves. This book is about 25 years old and another gold standard for change and happiness. This is more from the phychological viewpoint.
Man's Search For Meaning
Viktor Frankl - A small and very profound book. This is a very well known book that focuses on the fact that even in the worst of circumstances we can still CHOOSE how we want to feel, what we want to do, and how we want to be. Frankl was a psychiatrist during the war and was in a concentration camp.
Transitions
William Bridges - Straddle both business and psychology. This is a small potent book that has been around in the coaching field for a long time.

Small wonderful books, all in the series are great- for KIDS, for SUPERMARKET, for RESTAURANTS (mostly chains).
Fast Food Nations
Eric Schlosser - Very powerful, has been around for a while, is a moive too. The book and the movie discuss the real nature of fast food adn it's problems for us and the planet.
Parenting Teens with Love and Logic
Foster Cline and Jim Fay - anything from the Love and Logic series is good.
Children The Challenge
Rudolf Dreikurs - fairly hard to find and more like a text book (try Amazon) on childrearing concepts.

A must see documentary on things we need to know. Some people may be very surprised at the food sources that we eat from.
Fast Food Nation
A dramatized version of the book, it uses all of the same true facts.
Super Size Me
This is funny but sobering and good for everyone to see.

Albert Brooks and Meryl Streep - a small lovely movie with a psychological dimension. It is inspiring and very funny.
